Testator requirements
The following are the requirements that the testator must present to make his Will:

- Fill out the form to make the "WILL".
- Testator's birth certificate.
- Copy of two valid official identifications (INE, Passport or Professional Certificate).
- Copy of the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
- Copy of marriage certificate (if applicable).
- Copy of valid proof of address (no more than 3 months).
In the event of real estate legacies:
- Property history duly registered in the public registry of property and commerce.
