Partner and Commissioner Requirements
The requirements that must be presented by each of the partners and commissioner to perform their creation of a partnership are listed below:
- Copy of two valid official identifications (INE, Passport or Professional Certificate).
- Copy of the Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
- RFC and proof of tax situation.
- Copy of proof of address no more than 3 months.
- General information (Place and date of birth, marital status, occupation and current address).
- A copy of the RFC of the partnership formalized.
