Requirements of the document to be ratified
The requirements that must be submitted to perform the ratification of signatures are listed below:
- Originals Contracts and / or documents to be ratified (always consider 1 extra copy for the notary's file).
- In the case of ratifications of contracts, agreements involving Furnishings and Real Estate properties (please accredit with your due records, property titles, public deeds, invoices with legible tax file number).
Requirements of the appearing parties
The following are the requirements that must be presented by the appearing parties to carry out the ratification of signatures:
Individual and Representatives and / or Legal Representatives:
- Two valid IDs (INE, Passport or Professional ID).
- General information (Place and date of birth, marital status, occupation and current address).
- RFC and proof of tax situation.
- CURP.
- Current proof of address (no more than 3 months).
IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THE PARTIES IS A COMPANY
- Creation of a partnership duly registered in the public registry of property and commerce.
- Power of the representatives, administrators and / or legal representatives.
- Company´s CSF.
